I was referred to this law firm by a friend of mine after I was hit head on by a drunk driver back in December 2022. Fortunately, I was sitting still, and he was not going very fast. I did incur an injury. Mr. Smith and his law firm went to work immediately. He handled all the payments to the medical providers, as well as contacting both insurance companies that were involved. He was able to negotiate a settlement without going to court that he and I felt was fair. My biggest take away from this entire process was the professional and personal care offered by this firm. I felt that I was not “just another case.” I felt important. If you prefer the “personal touch,” I highly recommend this law firm to you.

Every immigrant is not that easy, there can be easy ones and difficult ones. I had hired Margaret W Wong Attorney for my I-130 marriage base case. Immigration process is full of challenges and hardships through out the whole process of one case, that can include lots of paperwork, discussion thru email or phone calls, and lots of tension because we have to give the correct information, because one mistake can make everything difficult. So, based on my I-130 marriage base case Margaret W Wong and Mrs, Florence had help me out thru my whole case, since 2018. I am thankful for them and I would really recommend others to give your case. After I received my I-130 approval notice I needed I-601A waiver done, they had helped me get thru that. I had than received approval for I-601A. And also my husband had than received his US citizenship certificate, I had changed my case from greencard holder to Citizenship. They always had perfect answers to the questions I would ask. They had guide me thru the right direction for my case. I than received my visa call appointment, I had to go to my foreign country India, it was a long process and long story. After, my visa call interview, I had heard good news for me that I was approved for greencard. Even though it was tough case for me, Mrs. Margaret and Mrs. Florence had help me get thru the process. I would highly recommend Margaret W Wong and Associates to anyone who is looking for any immigration assistance.
