I had a very difficult situation that could have been potentially very contested. I had consulted with a few other attorneys and they were ready to go straight into combat, which would have been costly, and the end result would have been the same result. Trey is straightforward, and transparent and doesn't like to engage or add fuel to the drama that so many of us go through. I highly recommend this firm!

I was going through a custody battle with already having temporary custody of my daughter. Today my case finally settled!!! Excellent family law attorney. Trey and I were co-counsel on a local Hall County case With a lot of complex issues and facts. Trey was truly an officer and a gentleman. We recently were awarded a $300K judgment against Hays and his partners James Martin and Emory Potter. The judge cited “improper tactics” “harassment”, “unclean hands”, “bad faith” and 27 pages of misconduct in his order against these three lawyers. They were ordered to post a bond and they did not, they were ordered to pay the judgment within 10 days and haven’t paid a penny, and they appealed and lost. They mislead the court and made false statements in their various appeals. Most recently Martin petitioned the GA Supreme Court stating under oath that he didn't work on our matter when his own billing records show otherwise. He is a menace and will hopefully soon be disbarred!
