I was recommended to Patty be the JAG office when my husband filed for divorce. Still in love I was naive when I went to hire Patty. Thank God for her thinking ahead and preparing me for the future when the love was gone. I remember crying and not wanting to fight for anything. Patty words during our first meeting still resonate in my mind and I’m thankful “Today you’re in love, years from now you won’t be. Do not allow love to keep you from what you and your child deserve!” I agreed to allow her to do all she had to do. I have not regretted my decision. I won property, stocks and others things I didn’t even know we had. I received more financial assistance than I would have imagined and even spousal support. Although it was a difficult time Patty made the process easy even when I was to broken to assist. During this time I even moved out of county and Patty continues working my case and kept me in the loop every step of the way. So much so she had documents expressed to me. I am forever grateful. I have an recommended her services to everyone I know going through a divorce. She is and was well worth the money.

Patty helped recover years of lost child support and alimony for me. And she successfully defended an attempt to modify my original divorce document so that my ex husband wouldn’t have to pay alimony. My original lawyer was not knowledgeable about a foreign divorce from another state and how to enforce it in Georgia. Several lawyers told me that my divorce agreement was vulnerable to being modified, but Patty knows the law, and she knew better. She has special experience in dealing with foreign judgments. She knew my original divorce agreement was not modifiable. And we won our case! She always explained the law to me in a way I could understand. She knew my case backwards and forwards. She is a calm yet tough and confident negotiator. Patty always had my back. I HIGHLY recommend this incredibly competent lawyer.

I'm currently going thru a ugly divorce in which my opposition refuses to play fair. Prior to hiring Patricia has my attorney, I was subject to bully tactics due to my previous lawyer passive and nonchalant attitude but that all ceased once Patricia came aboard as my attorney. Since the hirer, I was finally able to retrieve my needed vehicle and put a end to the false abuse allegations that the opposing team was trying to portray.
