As far as my husband and I are concerned, this law firm is the most awful thing that has ever happened to us. Seeing the reviews after my husband was hit by a truck made me excited, as the reviews seemed positive. I had no idea the reviews were fake. Our issue began when I had to be the one to provide details on the case to them, including the adjuster's email address, the third-party insurance's phone number, etc. I have to notify them every time there is a change in adjuster. There was no follow-up on the medical visits, which are required for injury claims. In addition, it has been four weeks since the insurance company requested an appointment with an attorney to obtain a statement from my husband. The attorney has not been able to reach my husband as of today, so his statement has not been submitted. I have called the paralegal several times and sent him an email, but no response has been received. Despite my case being taken 2 months and 2 weeks ago, my car has yet to be repaired. No rental car has been arranged. No progress in the case has been made. In my opinion, this is the most dreadful law firm out there and I would suggest not getting carried away by the reviews, since all of them are fake.
