This individual is, without a doubt, the most deceitful person I have ever encountered. He has scammed not only my family and friends but also myself on multiple occasions. He misrepresented the amounts of our settlements, providing each of us with only around $2,000 while keeping the remaining fundsfor himself. He is a skilled manipulator and a criminal who should face severe legal consequences. I sincerely hope he is held accountable and never has the opportunity to harm others as he has harmed my loved ones and me.

I am a client of Mr. Hart and have been going thru hell to get my disbursement. When I received my check it wasn't signed. I called he wouldn't and hasn't talked to me he's having other ppl call. He lied and said it was being wired into my account didn't happen. They finally deposited into my account. When I call my bank they told me that the electronic check was NO good. I have been getting the run around about my disbursement. He continues to avoid me and lying about my disbursement. I have a unsigned check and a electronic check both are NO GOOD. I'm having health issues can't work at this time about to loose my car and home. I don't understand the reason behind this. It's unfair illegal. He received his % and have ever excuse to give mine.

Mr. Hart represented me on my workers Compensation Claim. He got me medical treatment and disability income. In the end, he got me a very good settlement.
