Great experience with Francis. After leaving Bethune law firm for their poor communication I was pleasantly surprised to be referred to a law firm that actually cares and provides excellent customer service. Francis let me know about everything concerning my case in an initial 30-45 minute phone call and he ALWAYS returned my calls if I was unable to reach him at the time. The young lady that works with him is also very sweet and accommodating. Great service! He is my lawyer from now on!
