I hired Mr. McCurdy last year for a modification of custody case. The case is ongoing. So far I have been very pleased. He’s smart and thorough. One of my sons signed an election of custody. He put him at ease and made the process easy for him. Mr. McCurdy is very conscientious and detail oriented. He has communicated well with me throughout the case and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. He communicates well with the guardian ad lidim assigned to the case as well. He also has an outstanding legal assistant. She promptly returns my calls and emails. I highly recommend Mr. Mccurdy. He’s an outstanding attorney and is caring also. It’s difficult to find an attorney who is both.

Phil is an efficient lawyer and takes care of his clients really well. I had worked with him for my divorce case. The way he dealt with the entire process is professional.
