I sold my house in VR & the buyer is who hired Hallmark Bowman & Hallmark to do the closing. So before the sale of my house. I had never used them. I talked with Albert Hallmark a few times over the phone while we were waiting to close. Then at the closing. We dealt with Jason Bowman. I would actually recommend them. Everything went great & I appreciate Albert and Jason very much. If you're looking for a closing attorney or any other advice. I would use them for myself from now on. We we to get wills made. Mr. Bowman was very personable and a great listener seeking to guide our needs. He made sure we understood the wills and other documents we had made. We will definitely use Mr. Bowman for future legal needs.
