Mr. Hallmark is a very good attorney very professional and is easy to talk to, he handled my case very well, I had five charges and he got it dropped to only two with minimal fines and probation!

I was two years away from the end of a 15 year sentence. I had hired Anthony to help me petition the court for an early release from probation.
