Paid all of my lawyer fees they passed my case off to another lawyer and don’t give them the correct info to start my probation so now I have a warrant out for my arrest I will be suing Billy Tomlinson’s office for neglect because of this

I can't express enough how much Mr. Tomlinson and his office, Amber and Jackie have helped me this year. Everything was explained to me to help ease my mind, and that alone I am truly grateful for, as this was my first time ever having to experience this type of situation.

Mr. Tomlinson was excellent in helping me navigate a stressful situation. He took the time to explain everything, from legal terms to what to expect in the courtroom. He also listened to and answer all my questions. If he was not sure how it effected my situation he would research it and always call me with the correct information. I can not say enough, and yes I have already referred him to a friend.

I'm sure Mr Tomlinson is a good attorney my only problem is whenever I wanted to talk to him personally and specifically ask for him no one else he would never call back always had his paralegal call. The case went on for 11 months got postponed 4 or 5 times and the last postponement I was told more than likely it would've been postponed again. The 2 paralegals Jackie and nicole most of the time wasn't pleasant to talk to and most of the time they was not helpful and acted like they didn't care that things kept on being postponed. I always got conflicting answers to my questions 1 paralegal would tell me 1 thing and the other would tell me the total opposite. Nicole is the one that pretty much handled the case. I was told by other attorneys that Mr tomlinson never takes this long for a simple case so I'm not blaming him. I blame the paralegals nicole in particular cause she was mostly rude and not doing her job. I ended up hiring another attorney to finish the case. What this law firm couldn't get done in 11 months the new attorney finished the case in 3 weeks. But if I ever needed an attorney as long as Jackie and nicole are handling cases I would never ever use again.

I filed for divorce in 2015 with another attorney. After a year with no relief in site and left that firm and hired Mr. Tomlinson. He was able to settle my divorce with 3 months and I did not even have to appear in court. I received everything I wanted and could not be happier. He and his staff were extremely professional during this tough time. I would highly recommend Billy Tomlinson.

Had a charge in 2012 that could've gotten me jail time, probation, a fine, all that good stuff. Tomlinson did his thing, I was in court for less than 20 minutes, got off with just paying a fine. Would recommend
