Lack of communication and responsiveness from the lawyer
“At his recommendation my son followed to the letter what Mr. Mills said to do. In ONE (1) years time, I have received ONE letter of communication, and it was incomplete!! Mr. Mills has not stayed in contact concerning my sons case. I will call and leave a v/m only to have no response... ever!”
