They were helpful to get our situation taken care of as quickly as possible from the beginning. The entire time we used the firm we were taken care of promptly and our questions were answered in a timely manner. We also bought a house while going through Ch 13 and they helped us along the way and we were able to get the house we wanted when we thought it wouldn’t be possible. Definitely would recommend.

After working 32 years in the legal field I know a little something about attorney's. I'm not a person who gives 5 stars easily for the sake of a review. From my initial contact with Mr. Kelly's office, the receptionist, legal assistant and staff were prompt in answering my concerns. Everyone I spoke to were attentive and forthright. I stayed in fear for many months before making the initial call to Mr. Jeffrey's office. The initial consultation was reassuring and helpful. In addition, Mr. Deitz explained clearly my options regarding the solutions available to me regarding Bankruptcy. There was no pressure nor judgment on what I needed to do. I can't say enough of this law firm, I would recommend them to all who are struggling with debt.
