My family hired Brian, after we had been through two other law firms in Rome, Polk Co. area, we had all but given up on our estate problem. But on the first day we met with Bryan, he set up a plan of action and set a goal of when to get it accomplished. Brian and his staff are great to work with (Amanda), but the best thing to happen was when to came to our hearing last week, Brain was so much more prepared and focused than the opposing attorney, everyone of Brians objections were sustained and every objection from opposing attorney was overruled. It was a joy to watch Brian in court with his aggressive and sound approach in getting all of our motions granted, a big win for us, and all because of Brians ability to take care of the business. I am from another state that is why we did not know about Brian to begin with. Anyone looking for a great, business like, get it done attorney in the Rome, Polk Co. area needs to at the very least have a meeting with Brian. I feel that if you hire any other attorney in this area without talking with Brian, you are throwing your money away.
