Miss and Patterson is one of the best attorneys I have ever seen. I have been dealing with disability problems for the last 13 years and it only took her one try she fights for what she believes in if you need a good attorney this is the lady come to and her team is wonderful as well

I missed a call from Ann and, upon returning it, was informed that the team doesn't work with Legal Shield clients, and Ann was unaware of the call. After listening to my voicemail, I confirmed Ann's call, but when I mentioned it to the receptionist, she questioned its authenticity, making me uncomfortable. It's disheartening to be treated poorly when seeking assistance from a law firm. Perhaps the receptionist could benefit from phone etiquette training. In my notes, the lawyer mentioned a misunderstanding about my case, but the treatment I received remains concerning, regardless of the nature of my inquiry. Terrible service . It’s definitely giving #KARENS

I had a bad experience with Ms.Patterson & do not recommend. When I called to make appointment they failed to provide the most important detail I needed to know to proceed with appointment. This only wasted my time. Ms.Patterson was not professional, her tone was hateful & she offered zero help.

Everyone in this office is amazing.

I can't say enough great things about this firm! They have worked my social security disability case since 2021 and when I say worked, they worked hard for me. They fought for me! They didn't give up on me. Ann, Bob and Stephanie were amazing every step of the way. Any time I had a question, they answered it. They never left me wondering what was going on. I will never forget them and would recommend them to anyone who needs the services they offer. May God bless their firm always! I love y'all!
