I filed for Chapter 13 back in May and the experience was great. The staff was very friendly in both my initial consultation and when I came back to file my case. Unlike some other attorney's I've heard about, I actually got to meet with Mr. Rampley for over 20 minutes while we discussed all the aspects of my financial situation, even going over non-bankruptcy options. They follow up with you very well, with letters and phone calls to make sure you are prepared for court, and to keep you up to date with everything in your case. I could not have asked for better service!

Mr. Rampley and his team treat you with dignity and want to help you. If the wait is long then consider it worth the wait.

I have also consulted Mr. Rampley about Bankruptcy and I was very satisfied with the service. As a potential client, I was pleased to see that each and every person, not just myself, who was there waiting to speak with the attorney is treated like a welcome guest from the time they walked into the office. The receptionists are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I also noticed that each and every staff member who came in and out of the front office stopped to greet everyone and make them comfortable while they waited. Everyone there received personal attention and assistance if they had questions about what they were filling out. For me, that made being there far more comfortable than a stuffy, formal office. I agree that a consultation appointment takes longer than 30 minutes and there are several pages of paperwork to fill out but it didn’t take long for me to understand why it was necessary. It is much easier to fill out a few pieces of paper than it would be for me to bring them a stack of bills to sort through. After all, how can they know about my finances if I don't give them the information. I personally wouldn’t see a doctor for treatment if he had no idea of what my medical history was. I felt like a person and not just a number. They really put me at ease. I also spoke with a case processor. I listened as she told me the reason she takes the information first is so it’s all in one place. That way Mr. Rampley could look at all my financial information and give me the best advice possible based on my circumstances. They also go over step by step everything that you need to do to get ready to file bankruptcy. I spoke with the paralegal too and she was polite and informative. She said she had worked for Mr. Rampley for many years and answered a lot of my questions. Some questions I asked her she told me she couldn’t answer because she wasn’t an attorney but assured me Mr. Rampley would be happy to answer any legal questions I had. She was very concise and detailed in the information she could give to me, and was pleasant, professional and very concerned. Mr. Rampley impressed me most of all. He was friendly, professional, informative and made every effort not to talk over my head. He answers each and every question one by one and will break down the answers if you do not understand. He is very patient and knowledgeable. I could see the office was very fast paced and busy but I still felt like I mattered and that is very important to me. Overall, I would say that my experience was far less stressful than I was prepared for and I would recommend this law firm to everyone who is considering bankruptcy as an option.
