My house closing went very smoothly and I was given my documents on a thumb drive, which was nice! What didn't go so great is a few months after my closing I called 7 times and emailed Ted Corwin 2-3 times and he never returned my calls or emails. Also, the lady at the front desk seemed to care less about actually helping me get my rental moved into an LLC stating Ted doesn't schedule phone calls. Very frustrating since I live out of town, however Vicky was able to resolve my issue on my 8th phone attempt, I still couldn't get a lawyer on the phone.

Update: they did give me my money back but under the condition that I retract my statement to the BBB. They have stolen $500 from me. I sent them an ernest check over two months ago and I have yet to receive it back despite I have paper work stating that I would receive it back. I have called them many times in which my call was never returned. They are robbers! I need this money to go on another house and they refuse to return it. They also are trying to make me pay for the house title paperwork of the house that fell through. Why am I paying for something I'm not buying? There should have been a clear title before the house was put on the market it's not my place to pay for someone else's title work! So now because I live on disability my dream of owning a house is gone because this jack off stole my $500 to put towards another house. It's not easy to come up with that money when you have a limited income. So beware when you deal with this slime!!! He'll burn you and rob you if he can!

Mr Corwin did not present himself like a lawyer (untucked golf shirt and slacks) He talked so fast that I felt I was being duped or tricked at our house closing. HOWEVER, he was thorough and my agent trusts him... so I'm satisfied that all was done well. We were conveniently given all of our documents on a thumb drive! I WOULD use him again.
