Used him for yrs and never let me down will use him again

If you are looking for someone serious about helping you keep your children and not letting DFCS bully you into taking your kids away from you then please please don’t go here! This man is a joke when it comes to this type of case. He was so hateful and he was extremely rude and would not listen to a word we had to say! He put a court hearing in motion before even meeting with us in person and before even gathering up any information on our part. He’s in it for literally just the money and not for the wellbeing of his clients or at least clients that are fighting against DFCS. He didn’t even look through the paperwork he had sent to him before even setting up the court hearing and now this man has put us in the worst possible situation. Also he made it seem like he was very annoyed by my husband calling him to ask for updates and he wasn’t even going to tell us anything until court. He was literally just going to let them take our babies from us without even trying to fight for us. Please don’t let him do this to your family also! He might be a good attorney for anything else but definitely not for a family law case in any type of way! The most unprofessional attorney I have ever came across! Oh and he rescheduled the appointment we had set and still ended up showing up late because he was out getting food, the guy that was there before us said he showed up at the time they scheduled and no one was there so he went back home then came back and he still wasn’t there and that guy said that was his first time ever meeting him also. This guy is just a joke. NEVER AGAIN! I wouldn’t recommend this guy to my worst enemy!

Did the opposite of represent me, he made things worse than me representing myself. Didn’t even know about my order being signed. Agreed to a temporary order with language and things in it the judge never even spoke on, Doesn’t respond to emails . Has an answering service out of another state taking his calls, he will not work for you or do even the bare minimum. I am going to have to spend probably triple to clean up the disaster he has left me in with my case . If you have ever trusted a review in your life trust this one. RUN the other way

Moffit was fantastic in court. If you need a good lawyer to represent you he’s the best out there.
