Having to have had to deal with Huggins Law Firm passed off from a Public Adjuster to handle my case.. Lack of communication on many counts would make me consider using them again.. Fresh out of passing the bar my attorney wouldn’t get back to me to days even after having a PL working with him..

What is there to say about this law firm (Michael Turner was my attorney)? One word: exceptional! I had damage to my roof and my insurance company denied me not once, but twice! Mr. Turner ended my 14 month saga of battling with them in about 3 weeks. He settled with my insurance for a generous amount to allow our roof to be replaced. The term “bulldog on a pork chop” comes to mind. Great firm all around! Honest, expedient, and professional. Thank you, Mr. Turner!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. My house was damaged by a hurricane and my insurance company made it very difficult for me to feel any sort of relief. I had no choice but to look for a firm to represent me and let me just say these guys are very professional, intelligent and truly masters of their craft. At no point did I have any trouble getting in touch with my attorney Mike, at no point did I think he was looking for every nickel and dime, I knew he had my best interest at heart. Use this firm!!

I had a very interesting experience. This lawyer used his skillful attorney skills against me saying I was not timely in my responses to them. They asked me for info about my case to which Noble public adjusters had my case for 2 years. Why would this law office not obtain all those records. I gave them what I had. Evidently that was not good enough. If they had time for my case they would have obtained 2 years history of my case from the company who referred me to them....Noble . I will be sure to check my rights against this wrongful termination of my contract.

Foster Peebles is a great lawyer and it shows in how he cares for his clients. I had an issue where state farm denied my claim for water damage below a dishwasher and Foster helped us recoup the costs to fix it. Highly recommend.
