I have had not so great experiences in the past with attorneys in my divorce/custody case. Kimi was as breath of fresh air. She was very communicative and answered all of my questions. This is seemingly so simple but apparently other attorneys have issues with this. We were able to get everything signed and in motion extremely quickly. I highly recommend Kimi and will use her again should I need anything else with family law.

Kimi represented me in a custody modification and contempt with regard to child support. I can’t say enough great things about her representation, knowledge/strategic thinking and her overall support of me during this undoubtedly stressful litigation. Kimi is very thorough, fiscally responsible and receptive to feedback/working together as a team. Through Kimi’s dedication to my case, I was awarded sole custody and the defendant found in contempt of court, with a plan outlined for arrearage payments. I am so grateful and would highly recommend Kimi!

Ms. Platt, is an amazing attorney. During my 3 year on again off again divorce with my ex-husband, of 22 years, she was able to bring both parties to an amicable agreement. Ms. Platt was so good that my ex-husband fired his attorney and agreed to let Ms. Platt’s firm handle all the paperwork, even though she was my attorney. I never would have had the strength to get through my divorce without her.

I had never been involved in a lawsuit in my life and my ignorance on the subject could fill libraries. The performance Nick put forth is handling my workers comp case is something I shall be eternally grateful for. His knowledge of the law is unequaled. His patience in walking me though the legal process was angelic. His professionalism is the standard that should be followed by all in his field. I highly recommend Nick not just because he is a highly effective attorney, but he is an even better human being.
