Melanie definitely delivered. I have never been in a situation of needing legal help before, so I didn't know what to expect. She kept me well informed throughout the entire process and honestly put out a lot of fires before I ever even saw the smoke. She responded promptly to all of my messages and questions. Bonus point for the Client portal and how easy it is to navigate. I would definitely recommend, as I'm extremely happy with the end result of her efforts.

I was charged with DUI and speeding. Mrs. Ellwanger got it plead down to reckless and my speed reduced. From the beginning to the end of my case she was present, answered any and all questions I had, reassured me when I needed it, was open honest and upfront with me the whole way. It took a year to get resolved and it was a pleasure having her work on it for me the entire time. If you need a criminal defense lawyer she is knowledgeable and highly recommended

We were so pleased with Melanie's representation and guidance when my son got a "super speeder" speeding ticket. On our first phone call - before we'd even officially hired her - she told us exactly what we needed to do. Knowing almost nothing about the legal process in these instances, we relied on her to explain the steps to us. We followed her advice, and she kept in communication with us until our meeting with the judge. Due to her guidance, the outcome for my son was much, much better than it could have been. Without her help, we would have been lost.
