There are many great thing that I can say about my experience with Mark, at Murrin & Wallace. I found Mark to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I'm equally impressed that he answered the phone each time I called.

As a victim of a Motorcycle Hit & Run I felt frustrated & helpless. I had spoken with two other attorneys, neither was interested in taking my case and another that never returned my call. I called the office of Murrin & Wallace on a Saturday, left a voice mail asking for a return call on Monday. Mark Wallace Called me back within the hour and we talked for almost 2 hours. I was not only badly injured but an emotional mess. He calmed me with reassurance, explained the process in detail and took control. Mark Wallace far EXCEEDED any expectations that I had. His professionalism and knowledge is immeasurable. THANKFUL that I found an attorney that genuinely cared about me as a person.

Needed an attorney for a motorcycle accident that I was in and was referred to Mark by a mutual friend. I could not be happier with the outcome of my case as Mark took the time to explain everything to me including how insurance companies work in these type of cases. Based on his advice I made small changes to my insurance to protect me and my Wife. Never once was I in the dark about what was going on with my case and he always called me back and most of the time he actually answered the phone himself. I wish all attorneys had this level of integrity as Mark does. He will be my Attorney for life.

Everything was hot and fresh

I met with Mark Wallace yesterday and he was very unprofessional and non compassionate towards me. He threw me a hundred dollar bill and walked out the office as if I was charity. Not only this; he tossed a box of cleenex to me across the round table in his office. I was told by him that he was curious about my marriage and was questioned about my marriage decision. I felt very uncomfortable. I felt as if I were on trial bieng tried in a court of law. He behaved as if he was fighting a case in court. However, it was a casual meeting. There was no need for the strong tone he directed to me. He needs to learn how to turn off the ugliness when a potential client is metting with him. At the end of the meeting I did not get copies of any paperwork besides the initial police report and a card for a doctor's office. He neglected to give me a card for contact to his business. Attitude never works for business. As a result of my meeting with Mark Wallace I rate him with no star for unprofessionalism and no compassion. The only reason there is a star is because I couldn't post this without it.

After having a terrible experience with a "TV attorney“ we found Steve and Mark and they were very professional and a god-send to our family. I highly recommend them!!
