Bill Swank is an exceptionally compassionate and extremely competent litigation attorney who won what I thought was a hopeless and unjust case against me. He not only won my case but was successful in getting all fines and damages dismissed as well as saving my driving record! I cannot praise him highly enough!

I am so happy that I had Mr. Swank as my attorney. I received a ticket for an accident that was not my fault. There was not any contact with my car. The ticket was a civil and criminal matter.
