Josh is so kind, you feel like you’re talking with a family member vs an attorney. He gets all the details and gets the job done. Really appreciate having him on my sode

I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude to Josh, publicly, for his assistance recently. All too often, lawyers are categorized as professionals who won’t help you unless they can bill you for it in some way. I am sure that this is the case in some circumstances but not with Josh. I reached out to him for legal advice for a dear friend in a dire situation. He responded promptly and spent time providing legal assistance and guidance to both me and my friend, knowing that it was not going to lead to money down the road, as ultimately, my friend needed to be referred to a different type of attorney, which Josh did, as well. He didn’t just pass us a name, but spent time listening to me and hearing the facts of the situation from my friend. He provided some much needed guidance, and general understanding of the legal process regardless of whether the case was ultimately his. He cared...not about money, but about my friend understanding what needed to be done and getting him headed in the right direction.

I hired Josh after a felony aggravated assault arrest. Josh provided excellent representation and advice to me, and helped me when I needed it the most. I believe that without Josh I would still be suffering the consequences of this incident, but instead, I was totally exonerated and my record is clean. Perhaps most impressive has been his responsiveness to me long after the court issue was settled. Honestly, you could not do better than to have Josh as your attorney.

My college student was arrested and charged with DUI. Josh helped us through the process and made sure we were not taken advantage of by the prosecution. He did an excellent job of laying out what could and what typically happens in our type of case, and he gave some anonymous examples of similar cases he had tried. He offered some really good and concrete advice to my son, not only about the case, but about the bigger picture of staying on the right side of the law. Last, but certainly not least, Josh was well acquainted with the folks in Cobb and Kennesaw and I think that helped things go more smoothly than if he had not been familiar with the people he was working with. Josh helped us negotiate a plea bargain, but also made it really clear that he would be willing to try the case and even appeal if that's what we wanted to pursue. I would hire Josh again in a heartbeat.

It was in the middle of the night I couldn’t sleep because of my legal issues and made a search with Avvo for a criminal attorney in the metro Atlanta area and Josh profile came up. I read his reviews and was automatically drawn to write to him. I pour out my heart to Josh and explained the unfortunate circumstances surrounding my case. Josh was good with communication, and things turn out better for me than the plea that I agreed-to. The only change I'd like would be a clearer understanding of the process early-on, if you are a first time offender.
