Oren Ross & Associates LLC assisted my wife and I with estate planning. Oren was very professional and gave us a thorough overview of the process. He left no questions unanswered. Mr. Ross has the unique ability to take what is normally a dry, uninteresting subject (estate planning) and make it easily understandable. Having been thrust into the sudden position of executor upon my husband's untimely death, I can assure you that there are definite "pitfalls" that can cost you untold time and expense unless you are able to strategically plan for them. While websites that offer boilerplate wills online my appear attractively cost-effective, for the everyday person, they will NEVER replace a professional attorney with hands-on experience in this field. I found Mr. Ross knowledgeable, competent, and willing to patiently answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner. His ratings from past clients were stellar, and his fees were extremely reasonable. The whole process from personal meeting for info collection, to estate plan execution was streamlined into just a couple of weeks. The confidence and peace of mind that come from knowing that your final wishes are at last written out in a simplified, easy to understand, legally binding document is undeniably freeing.

Once again, Oren Ross took care of all the details regarding some changes to our Revocable Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Medical Directives. He made the process simple and straightforward, explaining each document. From start to finish it tool less than 30 minutes. My wife and I continue to be impresses with his knowledge and professionalism. Definitely a 5 Star experience.
