Highly Recommend!!!! Excellent attorney! Very knowledgeable really felt like she was on my side and on top of things. What impressed me the most is she took the time to explain things to me making sure I understood what was going on and why. When It comes to the law,I struggle painfully asking many times over the same questions. She very calmly and patiently repeated the info over and again until I understood clearly in order to make the necessary decisions for my case. Again creme de la creme Kristi Gladden... Haven't used the legal.services. BUT was invited to a 'free' seminar about wills and trusts. Basically a fishing expedition to get clients in the door. It was held at Brimstone Restaurant at 6.30 pm. Most of the clients were seniors. It advertised 'dinner' would be served. Dinner was not served till 8.30 pm. Many attendees around us left as they were tired and hungry. When we asked the waiter where was the Dinner he told several of us it was under instructions from Oren Ross not to start till 7.50. Well there was no apology from Oren who was the host for the delay. All he was interested in was walking around collecting a credit card deposit or making appointments for those that wanted to see him. Never been to a similar which was in such a badly run seminar.

Very professional, once we started on our Trust he got things done in a timely manner. He was very organized and gives you a great detailed 3 ring binder with subject dividers and glossary of legal terms, which you really need with a trust. He is all business, a little hard to get him to loosen up with some chit chat. However, we really liked him and felt like he has a lot of integrity and is very knowledgable with estate planning. We would definitely recommend him to others.

I can honestly say that Attorney Gladden is knowledgeable and proficient. She makes herself accessible as well. We ere/are very pleased with her representation. And she adds a special touch of caring. We were very impressed with her.
