Responsive and professional. Communicated often and explained progress. Dealt with insurance companies promptly. Completed case timely and settled for the limits. Mr. Alexander is a competent, effective attorney. I received timely professional services.

Held on to my case for 1 year and did nothing with it. Does not answer calls or cares about anyone. Very rude and unprofessional. Had to fire him after he failed to handle my case. If I could give 0 stars I would.
