He was very honest and forthright. We were seeking trust advice and that is not his forte. His specialty is real estate law and wills. He was gracious and provided names of attorneys that specialize in that field. We will consider using him as we will be purchasing a home in the area in the future.

Due to Hurricane Helene we were unable to complete closing on our home in Waycross due to power outages, Sweta Law Firm (especially Kennedy, for all the hard work!) took over the transfer and got us closed on our home less than 24 hours later. Extremely quick and professional. Highly recommend!

Have done multiple closings here. Always top notch service. Our last closing had some tricky last minute challenges including some documents not arriving until we were at the office. Chap was able (and willing) to give advice on options to help us successfully move forward. His staff was incredible at turnaround and we closed on schedule.
