I can not speak highly enough of John Butin and his staff! They helped us tremendously with getting my husband's green card. I didn't have to be worried about anything the entire process from start to finish. We were thoroughly walked through each step of the process, were told in detail what to bring in for each meeting, and then were able to relax, knowing they had everything under control once everything was submitted. Carmen was wonderful at keeping us updated and responded quickly anytime I reached out. When it came time for the interview, John made sure we were more than prepared and didn't leave the office until we felt confident and at ease. Vanessa also did an incredible job offering translation via phone call for the interview!! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an immigration attorney! Worth every single dollar to feel at ease knowing they've got all of the paperwork under control and that they truly care about you and make you feel like you are their top priority while in office.

I had several lawyers I spoke with regarding my case and ended up choosing Waite. He watched hours of video footage and gave me the good and the not so good news. You can tell that he really cares. I was assaulted leaving a restaurant/bar and falsely arrested. He took my case knowing its not an easy laydown case. I can tell that he really does care and he's a good man. My husband and I left knowing that he was the right choice. He actually picks up phone or calls you back! He will fight for you.
