Asked Mr. Suto to write up a will and Power of Attorney on my brother's recommendation; they had both worked for the same Atlanta law firm. Suto charged (his retainer) triple what should have been charged and merely used white-out on old POA paperwork; he even came to final witness signing bringing papers with himself as second in line for making decisions after he had been corrected twice for same faulty issue on a draft. In no way was he ever to make any end-of-life decisions for me or direct any on my life savings to anyone. Of course, no "non-billable" retainer fees were ever reimbursed. TALL paperwork had to be completely re-written just two years later.

Al Suto is a highly competent, top legal professional in all things relating to commercial real estate and someone I would highly recommend and trust. I find he also put his clients interest first, is very patient and fair with fees. Having been a client of Al's for over 25 years, I can state all the above with great authority.
