5 star review for 5 star legal assistance. Mr Brooks and staff were always professional and tenacious throughout our legal battle with an insurance giant. He came highly recommended by another, husband/wife team of Savannah attorneys, and we were never disappointed by our decision. His thorough defense of our difficult case, set a precedence, admittedly, by the insurance company we sued for denying our claim. Our claim, on a total loss of our century plus, totally renovated farmhouse, was denied. This after being a 35 year FB member, with only one small claim in all the years of membership and no personal history to justify the treatment we received. Gene and his team dug in and compiled an exhaustive amount of evidence to substantiate our claims and won! This all from a single, small, firm with a Big commitment to delivering a settlement that was hard won. We will always be grateful for the representation we received. His charming office in downtown Savannah is conveniently located and has plentiful parking directly across from the office.
