Overall very happy with the outcome of my case. Navigating the treacherous waters of legal defense without professional, knowledgeable, and reputable council would not be advisable. Mr. Patel checks all of those boxes and more. It was apparent to me that he has developed the working relationships within the legal circuit here to be an effective and reputable lawyer. As no one wants to deal with legal troubles, doing it with this law firm and Mr. Patel in my corner made the process a little easier. No bull, no tapdancing around issues. He is straight to the point but also flexible with payment and work schedules. Would highly recommend to others

Could have done more to help me in my divorce case. He let things slip through the crackes such as the child visitation that could have been better structured. He didn't go over with me how the child visitation should be structured other than a graduated visitation for the father, but instead he left it all up to the courts to make the final decision without any requests made to the court on my behalf about how I would want the graduated schedule to be setup. So, things are messed up and I'm going to have to go back to court to try to fix it. Then he tells me that the Judge could have come up with better terms for a graduated visitation, after the fact. Yea you think? I feel my case was rushed without preparing well enough for it. I really would not recommend him especially if you have children involved in the divorce case. He lets too many important things slip through the crackes that can put your case in jeopardy. I just happened to have had a pretty much slam dunk case other than the child visitation that's all messed up and needs to be modified now. Things about how visitation for the kids graduated schedule were not addressed in court like it should have been. That's the difference in a good attorney and a crappie one. He needed to council me on terms of how a graduated schedule could be setup. Such as asking the court not to allow overnight visits, prohibit the father from taking kids on long distance trips and etc. due to the fact that the father had abandoned the children for over 3 years with no interaction from him at all and the Covid pandemic as far as the kids travel. None of this was ever discussed with me even though I mentioned some of these issues numerous times about my concerns for visitation. This attorney showed very little concern and made no real effort to bring these matters up during or before the hearing. I'm very upset with him for trying to side track the real issues by trying to talk about my attitude and my ex's attitude as if he knows us so well when he does not. All he knows about me is related to the case. My personality or character he knows nothing about. I only delt with this attorney for a few weeks and that's it. He does not know me and only dealt with me for a short time and for him to try to attack my character is very unprofessional, incompetent, and low of him. This guy is bad news. I would advise to stay clear of him.
