2 years ago I thought my back money that I owed my HOA was being pulled out automatically from my bank every single month. Then I received a notice from an Attorney group telling me the this was an effort to resolve a dispute. Well I had no idea why or how this could have happened! The accountingfirm I had been dealing with were the only very nice people who explained to me that they had been replaced by another group and my arrangement with them had been sent wit full instructions. The new one ignored it completely and the next thing I knew, I owed about 2,300 dollars when I had been almost paid up! The reason a very and elderly woman had to do her own research was because the woman responsible for helping to settle the problem made it so difficult for me to contact her, I thought it was almost Hospital time from the extreme stress she created. Now 2 years later, she began again! But this time I had worked out an agreement with the new company and we just waiting on Heather’s OK! First of all one young woman should never be the Naysayer in these matters. She was rude, would not answer my many calls for assistance and when the agreement was finally done, this young Woman spoke to me , finally in such a way that had I recorded it, I do believe more would have come of this. Her behavior was definitely not befitting an attorney of the Law in the United States. When I received notice a few days ago, we had just had a major Hurricane and on September 29, 2004, one of my dear friends passed away. She was only 55 years old. After my earlier dealings with this Young Woman, I had decided to pay the last small amount that I owed to the Bundy service. Unfortunately I wasn’t given that opportunity with all the disasters that had occurred in a very short period of time. When I called in the morning, the sweet lady who answered the phone asked me if I wanted to speak to someone in collections. I said yes and she transferred me and the next voice I heard was MS Heather Lundy and of course she wasn’t really there, so I had to leave a message. I had already been through multiple difficult experiences with this woman, so I decided I would let my friend drive me down to there office and pay it in full. I have never in my life had any experiences like this and I pray I never do again! Stephanie Russell, age 71, 9 spinal fusions, 1 stroke, 1 brain aneurysm 6.8 ml in left upper quadrant of brain.
