Was directed to this company and Mr. Gerber for closing on a home. After originally being told he is not in the office I explained my situation and was then told to hold so they could see if they could get him on the phone. The next person who answered the phone did not know who I was so I explained myself again. This person then asked me to hold while they tried to get ahold of Mr. Gerber. Mr. Gerber then came to the phone and told me he would pass me on to one of his associates that could fill me in on the next steps with the process. When passed on to the next person they did not know who I was. I ended the phone call so that I could contact Mr. Gerber when he wasn’t as busy. After a few short emails we scheduled a specifics time for the following morning. As I am stationed over seas I drive to work at night to make international calls which can be very inconvenient. After calling the same number as the day prior, the office number, Mr. Gerber was not in the office yet. Later was told I should have called his cell. I have decided to search for another company.

House buying experience 1/10. Closing experience 10/10. This place handled my closing flawlessly, it was quick and easy and Joel was incredibly knowledgable and helpful for any questions. Additionally, this place doubles as a candy store so you have something sugary to snack on while you close. I highly recommend this firm for anyone needing a real estate attorney.
