I cannot say enough great things about The Law Offices of Kurtis C Bronson. After calling around to a few local lawyers who were way out of our price range, one of them referred us to Kurtis Bronston. Mr. Bronston worked on my daughters alleged underage DUI ticket for over 3 years (due to Covid pandemic). My daughter did not submit to a breathalyzer and was still able to maintain her drivers license with his office doing all the paperwork. During this time he updated us each month and was always available via phone or email for any questions we had. We did not live in Chatham county and he made it possible for my daughter to not attend most hearings as it would have been a lengthy drive. The outcome was a reckless driving ticket, probation, small fine, and minimal community service. I highly recommend him for any DUI related issues. I received a speeding ticket from GSP in Chatham County. The State Prosecutor in my case was very hard-headed and did not want to negotiate a plea offer. With the tremendous help of Attorney Lerch, Tessa and Savannah, the Prosecutor got off their high horse and negotiated an acceptable plea offer. The Attorneys and Staff at this firm are very knowledgeable, responsive, well networked and respectable. My advice to anyone in the Chatham County area with an upcoming court date is to give Miss Lerch a call and let her fight for you.

I received a speeding ticket outside of Savannah, GA in August of 2023. The attorneys at Schneider Lerch, LLC were incredibly helpful! They thoroughly explained the court process, what would be expected of me, and were very patient with my questions (from the beginning, but also throughout the year as I awaited my court date). I completed a defensive driving course and on my court date, the citation was dismissed altogether. In the midst of a messy divorce, my brother was falsely accused of criminal conduct. This led to unreasonable complications that resulted in mental health issues and jail time for him.
