Jonathan Moody and Tiffany were amazing! My husband and I didn’t know where to start when my son was attacked at his daycare by one of the workers. We were hurt and felt helpless but the Lasky Cooper team directed us in the right direction. The daycare had no cameras and claimed to be free from blame for hurting my child.They brought us comfort in knowing some good could come from such a horrible situation. Jonathan and Tiffany fought for my family and now we have a great college fun started for my baby.I can’t thank this team enough. HIGHLY recommended.

Awesome! Even though they couldn't take my case, They gave me instructions on the best route I should take to handle it.

I hate to leave a negative review considering how many people have used this law firm and loved it but I want to share my experience. My family was recommended this firm from several close friends and family because of how great of a job they do and how nice they are. We never had a direct problem with anyone being flat out rude but when it came down to getting answers for questions we had it would take forever to get in touch with our lawyer (Moody), he would give us the run around, and didn’t seem to actually care much about our case. In the end, we still never received all of our pay. We were given a check for most of the payment while they were waiting on more to come in, and I was told they would mail the checks directly to us but we never received any. After waiting around for it I called to check on the process and he acted as if he wasn’t even sure what I was talking about! He called back later after checking with his assistant and claimed he hadn’t gotten the checks yet and now there was a problem that the people weren’t wanting to send them so he wanted to know if I wanted him to make a fuss over it. In my opinion, that’s what a good lawyer does for you. They make a fuss to get you what you deserve. I followed up every so often about the checks but of course I always got the run around until I basically gave up. On top of that, during the whole process we were being told certain numbers were taken care of but when it came to the break down at the end, it wasn’t true. So all in all, I would not personally recommend the lawyer (Moody) we had to anyone for any reason.

This law group took our caae and 10 months later was told that Lasky and Cooper decided not to pursue the case. So very sorry I chose this law firm.
