I had a DUI less safe charge late last year in Tybee Island, and absolutely did not want this stuck on my record. Jason was a consummate professional in dealing with my case, he met with me and gathered the documents necessary, and laid out my options in plain terms. He gave me a thorough analysis of my situation, and has an excellent and encyclopedic knowledge of the procedures and practices employed by police officers during stops, not the least of which is the field sobriety test. He was fully prepared to take my case to trial, and although I chose to take the nolo contendre that he negotiated on my behalf, I would have been none the less confident in his abilities should we have gone to trial. I would definitely recommend his skills and knowledge should you find yourself in a similar situation as myself.
