Expensive legal fees and billing practices
“Hire them if you have deep pockets! They helped me with my divorce that took longer than it should due to it being heavily contested. They did well, provided all the help and advice I needed, and saw it through to the end. Good communication and they will consult with additional attorneys in the firm to give you the best advice possible. I appreciate all the help Jess lil has provided me.”

Lack of communication and responsiveness from the law firm
“I had this firm on retainer for the last 6 or so years for a child custody matter as i live out of state at first they were great but since 2021 they started raising there rates and billing thousands of dollars with no communication with me when there was nothing going on in my case then when I dispute the charges it takes 6 months for the attorney to call me about it had a discussion about how to end the case and the fraudulent billing and was told she was going to fix the problem received a email a few days later that they were removing themselves from my case and refused to talk further just continued to send billing statements worse lawfirm if you have a case that isn't quick and easy”

Attorneys not fully prepared or engaged in the case
“Do not recommend. Jess Lill decided making a baby blanket during mediation was more important than my case. Left out important details when finally finished, that I did not catch initially, (we were in mediation for over 7-8 hours), then wanted to charge me more to correct it.”

Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from attorneys
“Very disappointed in Jason Cerbone please save yourself some time and money and meet with ANY other attorney!!! He will take your money and won't even show up for court I wouldn't even give him 1 star if it would let me do negative stars I would he was very rude and disrespectful to me hope you all don't get robbed like I did...”
