From the moment he contacted Jennifer, my husband knew she would be our best chance at a positive outcome and empathetic experience. Jennifer's humanness in an often bloodless system was not only a relief; it was vital to us. Her compassion, determination, and straightforward communication set her apart from everyone else and were never not noticed and appreciated. She was able to handle our joint case, keep us from the superior courts and a costly in-person trip, and find resolve in ways even better than we were hoping and predicting. Everyone deserves access to the humanity and stewardship shown by representation like Jennifer. I called Stacy to get some legal advice & as I was explaining my situation she consistently called me stupid & idiotic. Long story short she hung up in my face without even understanding my situation nor was she trying to understand . Based on that one phone call I will never use her services .

A friend of mine needed representation after being profiled and stalked by a law enforcement officer. I recommended Mrs. Goad based on her excellent reviews. She talked a great game plan when she met with my friend. He then hired her and trusted her to get results. However, I have come to regret recommending her. She has failed to properly communicate with her client, my friend. She has not done the required research to fully represent her client. She has allowed the court system to push her client around. It has been almost 2 months and he still hasn't been in front of a judge for a bond hearing. It seems as though she is ready to give up. She told my friend she was aggressive, bold and would care about his case. I have yet to see these qualities. I am very disappointed. I truly expected so much more based on their first meeting and her reviews.
