Joey is a great attorney! He was hired to handle a case for my son, and with the circumstances, he did an awesome job. Besides my son's prior case, I have consulted with him many times. I've seen him in court on several occasions. He handles himself in a professional manner and gets positive results for his clients. He's honest, personable and goes beyond measure to help people through tough times. Thank you Mr. Turner!

I give him 2 stars cuz at least he is nice but... I got caught with hemp flower as they mistaken as marijuana and 10 months has passed now... he just told me oh they haven't brought it to the lab to get it tested yet.... huh I been asking for results ever since I got arrested and what they got.... lack of effort on his part and Savannah holds me hostage as I have a $5000 bail over my head I am worried about the same thing to repeat as I am gonna have my hemp to medicate with. What I recommend is not to pay him in full as he has lack of effort I feel

Dont waste time or money on this person! Impossible to get ahold of (sometimes taking a month or more to respond to voicemails/emails) and was late to every court hearing I had. He has an out of state answering service that is trained to tell you he is in court and will forward your message, but he wont get back to you.

I hired Joey on March 22,2019! He was supposed to remove a block off my license and he charged me 1000 dollars, paid in full and it’s May 7th today and I haven’t heard from him. I tried calling him daily, but his secretary is trained to say he’s in court every time I call. You don’t have that many clients to be in court everyday. I work hard for my money and I be darn if I just give you my money. DO NOT HIRE JOEY TURNER. He will answer your call to take a payment but after that, you can forget about hearing from him. Update 01/27/20 still haven’t heard from him. It’s not right and he denied returning my money after my bank tried numerous attempts. It’s ok tho!!

My case was resolved as he said it would be. Charges got dropped and just ended up paying a fine. Joey Turner was informative and helped me get the case resolved, but I gave 3 stars because of lack of communication. It was very hard to get a hold of him even sending emails, and texts and calls for weeks on end. Also not knowing when I need to be in court until the day before or a few days before the day (I live 4 hours away and court always starts at 9) the communication could have been better but overall, he got my case resolved and it’s behind me so I will say there were PROS and CONS, retainer fee was 2K which is average for a good lawyer and like I said, I am HAPPY and satisfied with the outcome!

Great firm with a personal touch. Pray you don't need an attorney but if you do he will take care of you.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Joey Turner. I have spent a lot of time talking and working through our case with him. There have been a lot of twists and turns and he has been there through each of them. He has been a voice of reason and knowledge with every curve ball we have been thrown. We have multiple avenues of communication with him and each question or concern has been addressed. Our case has not been an easy one by any stretch of the imagination and is still ongoing. His willingness to help his clients is something you do not see every day anymore. He is only a phone call, text, or email away when he is needed. His name is the first I would recommend to anyone needing legal help. In a legal world, things are overwhelming. He is able to bring some calm to that raging storm. With everything I have experienced thus far, if the need ever arises again for his services, I would not hesitate in calling in his cavalry.

Mr. Turner has exceeded all of my expectations and within a time frame I didn’t even know was possible. He digs into every detail and goes above and beyond to resolve the issues you are facing. I have such a weight lifted off of me, i can go back to my normal life and i have no worries. He was able to get my case expunged to where my prior situation will not affect me in any way in the future. He surely has southern charm and makes you feel secure in knowing he will take the very best care of you, and he does exactly that. I have no regrets! I hired Mr Turner last year after having four past DUI's. I have a very good job that was in jeopardy as well as my own business that requires me to have a valid driver's license. Mr. Turner was very helpful from the beginning. He recognized and thanked me for my military service and treated me with respect!
