I retained Mr. Turner for my son, who had been arrested on a no release warrant. My son’s court date was not for at least 6 weeks. Mr. Joey Turner had worked on my case for almost 4 years! And finally we got what we was trying to get. I got 5 years on probation! Versus 80 years behind bars. Yes he is very hard to get ahold of but he will get back to you when he can. It just takes him time because he has a lot of cases. I retained Mr. Turner as an attorney when my husband was arrested for a probation violation. There is no bond for that charge so you can imagine my frustration when trying to get my husband out of jail. Within a week's span not only was Mr. Turner able to get him released on his own recognizance but get his probation terminated altogether! He always called me back if he missed my call or if he couldn't make it to give me a call back he was able to return my email within the same day. I have had Mr.Turner as my lawyer since July of 2017. For the first 3-4 months we had a rocky start with communication but Mr. Turner was able to see where there was an issue & corrected it, from then on we have been able to communicate & be on the same page for every court date & Mr.Turner has even helped in some of my legal issues that I didn’t hire him for. I didn’t get to experience much of the in-court expertise of Mr. Turner because most of my charges were dismissed due to the officer not coming to court to be a witness, but Mr. Turner had a full defense prepared that I trusted in to save me from a conviction if the officer did come. All in all I’m keeping Mr. Turner as my lawyer if I have any more troubles in GA (but I don’t plan on it, sorry Joey haha).
