These guys are the best! I had a couple of traffic tickets, including one for no insurance due to a mix up with my insurance provider. Courtney, Jenna, and the team at The Lerch Firm jumped on the case a couple of days later and started working with the municipal court and eventually had it transferred to State Court. They kept on the case and got all charges dismissed. If you are ever in need of an attorney, don't hesitate to call them!!

I have been in the legal field for over 30 years (not as an attorney) and first met Cris Schneider when he was a prosecutor for Bryan County. Once he became a criminal defense attorney, I found myself in need of his services for a family member. I have was very pleased with Mr. Schneider and his staff at ALL times. Do not hire this lawyer. I hired Chris in 2015 and my experience was horrible. He did not help me properly build a defense. He pressured me to take a bad deal. He made promises he had no intention of keeping. His paralegal Carli Morehouse will put you off while insuring you she’s working in your best interest. They are liars. I caution you do not hire this lawyer. He will not help your situation.

The Lerch Law Firm handled two of my traffic issues, in 2020 and 2022. Both times I cannot say enough good things about her and her firm. This is the lawyer you need for criminal defense, traffic, DUI and nearly any other legal matter. Excellent service! Very professional, personal and efficient. Did follow ups to ensure my case and issue was resolved even when the state courts were the least helpful organization on the planet. Courtney is my "go to" lawyer. She should be yours too.
