I submitted information about my case online and someone called me back that same day. The young lady I spoke with asked me to explain my case, which I did in detail. The lady said she was a paralegal and would discuss my case with an attorney and give me a call back…I still have not received a call as of yet. I feel like I completely wasted my time. Don’t waste yours.

The Lerch Law Firm is extremely kind, patient, professional, and honest. Courtney was punctual, patient, and caring. She was the only attorney who heard me out the whole story and details regarding my speed ticket on Tybee. As a healthcare professional, I really felt it when she explained all the next steps and options she would execute, just like how we explain disease nature and therapeutic options to our patients. Jenna and Tessa are kind and on top of everything. They are so surprisingly honest when they managed to reduce the fine further, they refunded the difference and called me immediately with the good news. I would give 6 stars if I can and strongly root for them.
