Mrs. Fleming is a helpful, honest and outstanding lawyer. After receiving a Georgia Super Speeder ticket, I hired Mrs. Fleming after reading her outstanding reviews. She was the only lawyer I talked to that had a goal of getting the case dismissed completely. Because this was my first driving offense, I wanted to have the best outcome possible. Because I was going 20mph over the speed limit, I never expected to have the case dismissed, but Mrs. Fleming went above and beyond and the judge ended up dismissing the case completely! I highly recommend her!

I'm from NYC, back in 2015 I went to Savannah Ga for a weekend and got pulled over for driving on suspended. I went to jail they gave me a court date but I couldn't do back and forth from NY to Ga so I went online and found Lynne Marie Fleming. Lynne Fleming returned my initial phone call within an hour after I left a message with her office staff. She met me the following day and reassured me she could guide and help me. I contacted Lynne from Ohio. I advised that my son was on a vacation and and was arrested for an old failure to appear for a traffic violation. Lynne advised a fee to resolve and I agreed. She advised that she would work to improve the date to appear in front of the judge, work to resolve all concerns at the same appearance. She did improve the appearance date and all was resolved during the appearance.

I got a speeding in GA ticket while traveling during the Holidays a headache no one wants .... Atty. Fleming did an awesome job representing me in my absence for a traffic infraction. She had a disadvantage as I had an order out for arrest. Thankfully, her skills, professionalism and good relations/standing with the DA's, she was able to negotiate a strike for order out and took care of my infraction in a speedy manner.
