John Carson was the worse attorney I could ever have. I had my first dui, never got in trouble before and me being completely ignorant about laws and court he sent my case to state court just to get more money without telling me I was gonna have to pay him again , pay all the state court fees which it was a lot more and the rules was crazy! But he never explained anything to me till the day I went to court. I was working for his wife at Carey Hilliard’s for 5 years so I completely trusted him and did not ask many questions. Worse mistake of my life. All he care about is money. After my case I heard 2 or 3 more coworkers saying he did the same to them. I’m gonna give you a good advice: STAY AWAY! or you gonna be spending a lot more money and get in a lot more trouble. I would have done much better representing myself

Mr. John Carson is an awesome lawyer. He got me my visitation, and my legal rights for my daughter. I will admit it took a lot longer than i expected, but in reality 10 months probably the best outcome. I know ppl that have to go 3,4 years before they can resolve a case like mine. He was swift, very interactive & included me in everything every step of the way. I’m so glad I chose him. His price was reasonable and gave me payment plans until the court date.

John Carson was incredible, helpful, kind and EDUCATED. Can’t say enough good things about him and his office!! No hassle at all and kept me up to date personally. I highly recommend John and his office, always will!! He went above and beyond to resolve both of my issues. Always available and quick response!
