Mr. Carson was hesitant at both of Mr.Sea's trials. Mr. Sea had to stand up and object for himself in the first, mistrial, and forced to be silent at the second trial where he was convicted. Carson's had only one defense, which was "my client wasn't on the scene." The Superior Court Of Bulloch County and the jury didn't care for it. Mr. Sea ended up with a life without parole sentence. Carson's is a pushover in the courtroom, he will not stand up for you, or challenge the judge which he stated "we don't want to upset the judge," but Mr. Sea's life has been upset since the conviction. A lot of these lawyers have no trial experience, and are only good at dressing nice and smooth talking you out of your hard earned money. (Edited response) Mr.Sea never took the stand in his case. The mistrial was not secured by Mr.Carson...in fact Carson's tried to remove himself from the case and leave Mr.Sea to fend for himself at the second trial. Carson's was even less effective at this stage undoubtedly due to his disposition of being forced to continue his representation.

Class A +1 I would also like to add that I read quite a few reviews and I agree with every single positive review and I would recommend bone in any case anywhere in the world I am so grateful for the outcome of my case I have a commercial driver's license I was up against a DUI and I was not suspended all the glory to God and God bless Boone Phillips thank you very much sir you're a gentleman and a scholar.

John Carson is a great lawyer. He really worked with me and helped me with my case. Carson is one of the best lawyers around the area.

I have used John multiple times and both times the very best possible outcome was the one received. He puts in hard work and he will fight for you. He stays on top of things and will get you results fast. Some attorneys are what I like to call good attorneys but I only know one who is great and that’s John. Great lawyer, and an even better person. I will always use John if in need of an attorney and I will recommend to all friends and family in the future.

So I’m gonna go all in with my with my review because I was more than pleased with the results of my case. I was up against 2 DUI charges in which I received in a 6 month span, with that being said Mr.Carson was able to get reduced to lesser charges. My license was never suspended during the entire process because Mr.Carson and his office staff were on top of things always in a speedy manner. I would highly recommend anyone looking for good results and a lawyer that actually cares about their clients and not just the money.

This law firm especially John Carson will tell you anything to get your money. He should stick to family law because he will not fight in the courtroom. He is a push over and really doesn't say much in court this is from my own experience not a paid ad or someone speaking about some one else experience. I was the one in cuffs in court beside him while he sat there with nothing to say but once your back in the cell. He'll talk a good game to get some more money.. please I repeat please never give this man or this firm a dollar and never have your girlfriend call him he tries his sweet conning talks on the woman to get your hard earned money... This is not a paid or hate ad this is a first hand situation thank God I'm home now.. y'all be blessed

John Carson Jr and his firm literally saved my life and my children's life by fighting for us in civil and divorce court. I would also hire him for criminal if I ever need to. I am forever grateful for his expertise, his knowledge, and dedication. I highly recommend his services. Well worth the money. Each experience is different I'm sure but I am completely satisfied with the professional service he provides. Don't listen to any negative reviews from dumb people.
