2
Lack of communication and responsiveness from the law firm
“I had this firm on retainer for the last 6 or so years for a child custody matter as i live out of state at first they were great but since 2021 they started raising there rates and billing thousands of dollars with no communication with me when there was nothing going on in my case then when I dispute the charges it takes 6 months for the attorney to call me about it.”
