I interviewed Atty Harris concerning a the placement of a Georgia Power pole adjacent to my property, that would interfere with my planned circular driveway. He said that he could file a stop work injunction, if I would pay him a $500 retainer. I paid the retainer, left his office, and 10 minutes later he called me to say that he could not get the injunction. He would not refund the retainer.
