As of April 13 she represented my father (same name as mine currentlyin chatham county). She made guarantees of a bond (not a bond hearing) and that he was in jail due to technicality. Long story short bond was denied. When asked for an itemized bill she said "You got a bond hearing" and said "This will be my first and last bond hearing" then proceeded to explain over the phone what she did...and would not commit to send my grandmother an itemized bill. Thanks Ms Burgess!! From the start, she made no promises about what the outcome would be but she did promise me she would fight a BIGG FIGHT for me and she definitely did that.
