When I say that she's a bulldog in the courtroom, she's a bulldog!!!! She represented me in my modification case against my ex-husband, she was aggressive to the tee!!! I am above and beyond satisfied with her service. If you want the job done and done right, Stephanie Burgess is the attorney for you!!! She's professional and keeps it real, I love her and very thankful for her helping me.

I do not recommend anyone to use Ms. Stephanie Burgess as an attorney. My experience was horrible. After waiting for a scheduled consultation of $120 for over hour, she rushed through giving me advice. The advice received only took her 15 minutes to go over. I thought that she would be able to help me with my situation , thus I signed a retainer agreement with her. After being honest about the details of my case, she contacted me two days after the extremely brief consultation and stated she would not be able to help me. She gave me no reason why she no longer would assist me. After calling her office to inquire about her decision, she refused my call and did not return the call. When I went to pick up my file from her, again I had to wait for over an hour. She did not return the consultation fee that she charged me for the unprofessional advice, nor did she explain why she decided not to assist me. Attorneys such as Ms. Burgess should not be in practice. There is a level of respect that each attorney should have for clients and there is also a code of ethics that must be followed by the rules of the State Bar Association. My short encounter with her was the worst I have ever seen. Take my word and do yourself a favor, by researching another attorney.
