Unresponsive and poor communication from the lawyer
“We have had numerous phone calls in the beginning to catch him up with our estate and signed all paperwork to go forward with him representing us. He assured us he would contact my dad's financial firms on our behalf so we could file the taxes and close the estate. He never went through with any of those calls two years ago.”
